nothing I ever made before.
I found the recipe here. To be honest.... I didn't like it at all. It was rubbery, fatty and smelled awful. But when I read the reviews about this bread, the rubberyness is supposed to be like that and lots of people love it. Then again I have no experience at all in baking gluten-free breads, so maybe it's an acquired taste. I know that if we eat something with all soymilk, which our boy is used too, we don't like and he does. So I let it all up to you. If you have more experience with glutenfree baking, you'll know if it something in your alley or not.
But because this is not a recipe I can be wild about, I just refer to the recipe if you want to bake it and not place it here (or translate it this time in dutch).
I didn't have time to try another bread, but I'm sure there will be enough choice when Gretchen makes the round up of this wonderful bread baking event!!! Maybe I should try and start a bit sooner next month...
