For this month's Click! photo event with the theme RED at Jugalbandi´s, I will enter this picture of a Blackberry pudding.

Remember all those blackberries I took home from my father's, well some of them made it into this wonderful light and airy dessert. I like this picture, not only because I still remember how good it tasted, but because of all its tones in dark red and the air and lightness you can see in the interior of the pud.
