Het is tenslotte meel en water dus dat past in elk brood en voegt nog extra smaak toe. Ik weet natuurlijk niet of je vaker brood bakt, maar anders zou je ook misschien wel 1/4 van stap 2 kunnen maken,als je niet veel wilt overhouden. Wat doe je met de rest? Het is je gelukt! Ik heb het recept gekopieerd, misschen durf ik het ook eens aan. Baking with sourdough in Germany means rye, not wheat.
